We want you to be happy with your Rescue Buddies purchase. If something isn't working properly or you have trouble accessing something you've purchased, please contact us at hello@rescuebuddies.ca so we can help.
Digital Products
Because Rescue Buddies digital products provide immediate access to downloadable materials and resources, purchases of digital products are generally non-refundable once the product has been delivered or accessed.
Please review the product description carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about whether a product is right for you, you're welcome to contact us before purchasing.
Tribute Gallery Fundraising Systems and Other Customized Services
Tribute Galleries and other products involving customized work are generally non-refundable once Rescue Buddies has begun creating or preparing the customized portion of the order.
If you believe you've made a purchase in error, please contact us as soon as possible. If work has not yet begun, we will review the situation and determine whether cancellation and a refund are possible.
Memberships
Rescue Buddies memberships are recurring subscriptions and may be cancelled to prevent future renewal charges.
Cancelling a membership stops future renewals but does not normally provide a refund for a membership period that has already been paid for or accessed.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experience a billing problem, please contact us.
Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase or believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us so we can investigate and correct the problem.
Problems With Your Purchase
If a product is missing, inaccessible, corrupted, materially different from its description, or otherwise not provided as promised, please contact us. We will work with you to correct the problem and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, correction or refund.
Exceptions
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any refund, cancellation or other rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
